Gordon & MacPhail is renowned for its role as an independent bottler, maturing and bottling whiskies from various distilleries across Scotland. As an independent bottler, Gordon & MacPhail selects casks of whisky from different distilleries and ages them in their own warehouses. They carefully monitor the maturation process, ensuring that the whiskies develop unique flavors and characteristics over time. Once they deem the whisky to be ready, they bottle it under their own label.

They offer a diverse selection of single malt whiskies from distilleries all over Scotland, including some that are no longer in operation. This allows whisky enthusiasts to explore different flavor profiles and experience whiskies from both well-known and lesser-known distilleries.
In addition to their independent bottlings, Gordon & MacPhail also owns and operates the Benromach distillery in Speyside. Benromach produces its own single malt whiskies, which are known for their traditional production methods and characterful flavor profiles.
